Ariane

Ariane continues the series Icare by using images on riso and text to focus on the changing nature of dark and worrying dreams. Bleached of colour and sound, they become black and white and are unaccompanied by language. Compared with Icare, the images in Ariane are darker, unfixed and harder to distinguish - reflecting the grasping difficulty of trying to remember a dream on waking.
